COURSES & TRAINING
One-on-One coaching
Some conversations matter more than others—board updates, negotiations, interviews, due diligence. In these moments, how you sit, look, pause, and speak can either carry your message or compete with it. In private coaching, we make those signals work for you.

What you will learn (in plain language)
-
How to decipher body language: establish a baseline, read patterns (not single cues), notice face–hands–posture–space, and spot mismatches between words and behavior.
-
How to use it ethically: open with welcoming cues, pace and pause to guide the exchange, make attention visible, and adjust to culture, role, and setting.
-
How to course-correct live: when tension shows up (in you or them), you will have simple resets that bring the conversation back on track.
How we work
-
Format: confidential sessions with video review + a simple personal playbook
-
Duration options: a 2–3 hour deep dive, or a short series (e.g., 4–12 sessions)
-
Delivery: virtual or in person
Group Coaching (teams) & Conferences
Teams move faster when everyone can read the same signals. We build a shared, professional “non-verbal code” so meetings flow, negotiations stay constructive, and decisions land.

What your team practices
-
A common vocabulary for attention, agreement, turn-taking, challenge, and escalation.
-
Decoding drills (role-plays or anonymized clips) for meetings, negotiations, interviews, and due-diligence reviews.
-
Early issue detection: noticing concern or hesitation before it becomes resistance.
-
Guardrails against misreads: context matters; this is about congruence, not mind-reading.
Formats
-
Virtual or in person
-
2-3 hours, Half-day, Offsite sessions, or Keynotes
Custom Engagements (as per your requests)
When you have a specific goal, we shape the work around it.

Examples
-
Negotiation rehearsal & brief: plan your first minutes, test offers, rehearse responses, align your signals.
-
Interview-panel alignment: what to watch for, how to invite fuller answers, how to debrief signals without bias.
-
Due-diligence prep: rapport without pressure, red-flag categories, orderly conversations under time constraints.
-
Communication audits: observe a meeting or presentation and provide a written action plan.
